About Just the Cheese brand products

How do you make your Just the Cheese brand products?

We crumble our natural cheese into cookie-cutters, bake and season. That's it. Our Just the Cheese brand products are simply oven-roasted natural cheese with seasoning.

Why are your Just the Cheese brand products so crunchy?
Because our baking process causes the cheese to leaven (it rises a little in the oven).

What's the difference between cheese-flavored crackers and Just the Cheese brand products?

Each one ounce serving has about the same fat level as a one ounce serving of potato chips. Of course, the potato chips lack the calcium and protein you'll find in our Just the Cheese brand products.
