Cereal Candy
Ingredients 5 cups corn flakes

2-1/2 cups rice krispies

1 cup peanuts (optional)

1 cup La VacaRica brand Crema Mexicana

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup white Karo syrup




Instructions 1. Combine corn flakes, rice krispies, and peanuts in large buttered bowl and set aside.

2. Cook La VacaRica brand Crema Mexicana, sugar, and syrup in large pan, stirring consistently until it reaches 225 degrees or soft ball stage.

3. Pour over cereal mixture in bowl and mix.

4. Put in buttered 9x13-inch pan.

5. Cut while warm.
