| Ingredients | 8 corn tortillas, cut in 1 inch strips |
| 1/4 cup oil |
| 16 oz. picante sauce |
| 1 small onion, chopped |
| 1-1/2 cups shredded La VacaRica brand Asadero |

| Instructions |
1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Heat oil in large skillet. |
| 2. Cook tortillas until crisp and golden brown. |
| 3. Drain on paper towels. |
| 4. Arrange tortillas on sides and bottom of a shallow baking dish. |
| 5. Add 1 cup of the sauce, then sprinkle onion, remaining sauce and lastly the cheese. |
| 6. Bake about 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. |
