Dessert Cheese Tortillas

Ingredients	round 10" flour tortilla
	La VacaRica brand Queso Blanco con Frutas
	Cinnamon and granulated sugar
Instructions	1. Cut round 10" flour tortilla into fourths.
	2. Wrap each fourth around thick slice of La VacaRica brand Queso Blanco con Frutas.
	3. Secure with toothpick.
	4. Drop into hot oil in deep fat fryer.
	5. When browned, remove and immediately roll in cinnamon and granulated sugar mixture.
