| Ingredients | Pastry for two 9-inch one crust pies |
| 3 cans (4 1/2 oz each) deviled ham |
| 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs |
| 10 oz. pkg. Queso Blanco con Frutas, crumbled |
| 2/3 cups minced onion |
| 8 eggs |
| 3 cups Crema Mexicana or whipping cream |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon sugar |
| 1/4 teaspoon cayenne red pepper |

| Instructions |
1. Heat over to 425 degrees Farenheight.

| 2.Prepare Pastry |
| 3.Mix ham, bread crumbs, crumbled Queso Blanco con Frutas, and onion |
| 4.Spread mixture in 2 pastry lined pie pans. |
| 5.Beat eggs slightly |
| 6.Beat in remaining ingredients |
| 7.Pour into pie pans |
| 8.Bake 15 minutes |

| 9.Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. |
| 10.Let pies stand 15 mintues before cutting. Serve in wedges |
