| Ingredients | 2 cups cooked shredded chicken |
| 12 oz. La VacaRica brand Queso Quesadilla, shredded |
| 1/4 cup oil |
| 1/2 cup chopped onion |
| 12 corn tortillas |
| 1-1/2 cups green sauce cilantro |

| Instructions |
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. |
| 2.Combine chicken, half of the cheese and the onion; set aside. |
| 3.Heat oil in small skillet. |
| 4.Quickly dip each tortilla to thoroughly heat. Drain. |
| 5.Dip in sauce and fill each tortilla with about 2 tablespoons chicken mixture; roll tightly. |
| 6.Pour about 1/2 cup of the sauce in the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan. Arrange filled tortillas, seam side down, in a single layer. |
| 7.Spoon remaining sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese. |
| 8.Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated and cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired. |
