| Ingredients | 32 oz. pinto or your favorite beans or use 4 cups homemade cooked pinto or your favorite beans |
| 1/4 cup chopped onions |
| 1/4 cup lard or oil |
| 8 oz. La VacaRica brand Queso Blanco or La VacaRica brand Queso Fresco, crumbled |

| Instructions |
1. Place beans and juice in blender container. |
| 2. Blend just enough to break into small pieces, about 5 to 10 seconds. |
| 3. Cook and stir onion in hot lard until tender. |
| 4. Stir in beans 1 cup at a time until they are all incorporated. |
| 5. Continue cooking and stirring constantly until mixture thickens and you can see the bottom of the pan as you stir. |
| 6. Add cheese and stir until well-blended. |
