| Instructions |
1. Preheat electric non-stick fry pan to 350 degrees. |
| 2. Shred Queso Quesadilla cheese. Set aside. |
| 3. Lightly spray or brush with water one side of the flour tortilla. Put this wet side down on the preheated electric non-stick fry pan. |
| 4. On 1/2 of the tortilla put a generous amount (1/3 or 1/2 cup) of shredded Queso Quesadilla cheese and 1 tsp. (or as desired) salsa. |
| 5. Fold empty half of tortilla over the cheese and salsa - to make a half moon shape. |
| 6. Seal edges using edge of your spatula. Cook approximately 3 minutes on each side or until slightly golden. |
