| Ingredients | 1/2 lb. The Rich Cow brand Paneer |
| 1 tbsp. Rosewater |
| 1 cup sugar |
| 3 cups water |

| Instructions |
1. To prepare: Let cheese warm to room temperature. |
| 2. Place cheese in small mixing bowl and knead thoroughly. Pinch off small pieces and roll into balls the size of golf balls. Set aside. |
| 3. To prepare the syrup: Use 1 cup sugar to 3 cups water (syrup should be thin). Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and simmer. |
| 4. Add cheese balls. Let simmer gently in the syrup for 30 minutes. The cheese balls will swell and crack somewhat. |
| 5. Remove from heat, let cool and sprinkle with rosewater. |
| 6. Refrigerate and serve cool. |
