1. Place cheese and sugar in frying pan and cook
over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar melts. The product will
be lumpy at first and will not become smooth mixture. Take care not to
scorch the mixture. The cooking will take 5-10 minutes. Then, take the
mixture and spread it onto a large plate and press with a spatula
until the whole plate is covered. Sprinkle the spread cheese and sugar
mixture with rosewater and let set until cool. Cut into any desired
shape and serve. |
