Paneer and Vegetable Pasta Salad
A light main dish salad
| Ingredients | 8
ounces Bharatma brand Paneer, in 3/4" cubes |
| 1 onion, chopped |
| 4 ounces sweet peppers, chopped |
| 2 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
| 12 ounces pasta bows |
| 4 ounces grated carrots |
| 3 teaspoons mixed herbs |
| 6 ounces mayonnaise |

| Instructions |
1. Cook the pasta bows and cool. Add all ingredients and mix
well.
