Pizza PaneerA
lift on an old favorite!
| Ingredients | 10
ounces Bharatma brand Paneer |
| 3 tablespoons pasta sauce |
| 2 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
| 3 rings green pepper |
| 1 teaspoon mixed herbs |
| 1 - 9" Pizza base |
| 1 onion, sliced |
| 3 rings red pepper |
| 1 clove garlic, crushed |
| ½ teaspoon oregano |

| Instructions |
1. Spread pizza base with pasta sauce, herbs and
garlic mixture. Grate Paneer on top, cover with the onions and
mushrooms. Sprinkle with mixed herbs, season and garnish with pepper
rings and oregano. Bake at 425 for 10 to 20 minutes.
