Paneer BakeA
hearty, vegetarian casserole
| Ingredients | 18
ounces Bharatma brand Paneer, in 3/4" cubes |
| 2 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
| 3 vegetable stock cubes |
| 7 ounces carrots, sliced |
| 4 ounces parsnips, sliced |
| 2 large onions, sliced |
| salt to taste |

| Instructions |
1. Put all ingredients in a large casserole.
Make up two of the stock cubes. Pour into the vegetables and season. |

2. Bake for three hours at 300 degrees. Make up
remaining stock cube and add to the casserole in the last half hour. |
