Paneer Mushroom Bread WheelsDelightful
new hor d'oeuvres
| Ingredients | 8
ounces Bharatma brand Paneer, blended until
smooth |
| 1 teaspoon
Worcester sauce |
| 10 slices
white or wheat bread |
| 2 ounces
butter |
| 8 ounces
mushrooms, finely chopped |
| 1 small
onion, chopped |
| 1 clove
garlic, crushed |
| 1 ounce
oil |

| Instructions |
1. Fry mushrooms and onions in oil.
Mix Paneer, Worcester sauce, garlic and seasoning together, add onion
and mushrooms. Cut crusts off the bread, roll slices thinly, spread
with the filling and roll tightly. Chill for one hour then cut each
roll into one inch pieces. Arrange the wheels in a flame proof dish.
Baste with the melted butter and brown under the grill. |
