How do you make Just the Cheese brand products & what makes it different than cheese-flavored crackers?
We crumble our natural cheese into special made cheese molds, bake and season. That’s it! In contrast, there is not much real cheese in cheese-flavored crackers.

Why are your Just the Cheese brand products so crunchy? 
Our baking process causes the cheese to leaven. Meaning it rises a little as it bakes in the oven.

Are your Just the Cheese brand products truly carbohydrate-free? 
Not quite. Each 1/2 ounce serving has about ¾ gram of carbohydrate: ½ gram of lactose and ¼ gram of complex carbohydrate.

Why are Just the Cheese brand products so low in carbohydrates yet so high in calcium and protein? 
Calcium and protein are nutrients in natural cheese. By baking, the nutrients are condensed. Each 1/2 ounce serving has over 15% RDA of calcium, 5 grams of protein and still has less than one gram of carbohydrates.

Are Just the Cheese brand products very high in fat?
Each serving has about the same fat level as a serving of potato chips but our Just the Cheese products are good sources of protein and calcium.

Are Just the Cheese brand products gluten free?
Yes. They are gluten free. They are manufactured in gluten free facilities that are solely used for dairy production and do not utilize wheat or wheat products in any way.

How many packages do I need to buy before I can get a price break?
You can see a reduced delivery cost when you buy more than one case. We also offer a lower price on orders of twelve cases or more.

How long does it take to ship the product?
Within a week, sometimes less.

Our patented baking process preserves the cheese’s natural nutrients keeping them protein and calcium rich but low in carbohydrates.

Our Crunchy Baked Cheese snacks are golden gems of natural cheese that crunch at first then melt in your mouth. They are sensational snacks, savory crumbles for soups and salads and delicious with your favorite dip. You can buy them in bags of “rounds” or “snack bars”.

Try our Popped Cheese™! Like popcorn without the carbs from corn. When a “kernel” of our natural cheese is put through our special baking process it expands and then POPS! The result? A light airy snack that crunches as the flavor melts in your mouth.

Popped Cheese™ is a good source of calcium and protein with only one gram of carbs per serving.
